“THE WORLD NEEDS ALL KIND OF MINDS”🌈💯

Tampil Grandin quote offers valuable insights into the diverse experiences of individuals' minds. They remind us that being a neurodivergent is not a limitation, but rather a different way of experiencing and interacting with the world. it emphasises the importance of acceptance, understanding, and celebrating the unique strengths and perspectives of neurodivergent individuals.

It’s crucial to remember that being neurodivegent of each person’s experience is unique. the quote offer valuable insights, but they don’t represent every neurodivergent person’s perspective. The community is diverse, and it’s important to listen to and amplify a wide range of voices of neurodivergent people.

Let’s continue to educate ourselves and others about neurodiversity, and work towards a world where everyone’s unique abilities are recognized and valued.

Celebrating Christmas❄️🎄🎄🎄✨

The Christmas celebration invites us all to be grateful for all the gifts that have been given (about love from the Almighty) to be able to love all creatures and accept any differences.

His presence shows us that we too can be a "present" for others. That joy celebrated simply will not make us all look poor. His incarnation taught us humans that it is better to give than to receive.

Happy commemoration of the day of the incarnation of Jesus Lord everyone ❄️🎄🎄🎄

May love and affection always adorn our every step, as Jesus Lord gave us an example to emulate 😇

GOING TO SCHOOL😊😊😊

This is one of the many daily activities for children where I serve.

How they take care of themselves from the moment they wake up until they go back to sleep at night becomes a never-ending routine.

Going to school will always be an interesting challenge.

Every morning after breakfast, they will be picked up to go to school.  Their enthusiasm for school is what makes me excited. It is a warning to all of us who are blessed with 'normal life' for their enthusiasm for learning.

These children know the importance of knowledge.  How about you all? Do you all continue to be enthusiastic about learning like them?

They are amazing, aren't they?😇

EVERYONE'S BRAIN WORKS DIFFERENTLY👫🌈

Let us make joint efforts to encourage inclusivity and reduce social stigma in various forms, such as education and awareness campaigns, advocacy and support groups, as well as policies and programs that promote greater access to health services, education and employment opportunities.

By working to address social stigma and promote greater inclusion for neurodivergent individuals, we can help improve mental health outcomes and create a more equitable and just society for all.

We all do have brains that work differently. However, differences in the performance of our brains do not make us different in terms of humanity, right?😊

BEING DIFFERENT

Being different is something rarely seen in today's world.

Many of us conform to the demands of the world just to feel accepted.

Are you like that?

Having to be 'the same' as others is a prison, my friends.

Trust me. I used to be like it, but not anymore… I have decided to say: "That's enough!".

I am the red flower (like the picture). I like being red. The most important thing is I like being me.😀😍💓💓

OUR HOUSE CLEANING CHORES🧹🧺😊

This is a weekly activity for children with disabilities where I serve. They are all always taught about basic daily living skills, and that is cleaning the house.

It is wrong if we assume that children with disabilities are children who are unable to work and contribute to others, especially themselves.  They are also able to do what other normal people can do. Limited physical space and time duration are not barriers for people to be able to do more, right? Carrying out and understanding daily routine instructions are challenge for every child with disabilities (especially those with multiple disabilities).  I applaud how the seniors teach their younger siblings with disabilities patiently considering that they also have limited physical abilities (most of the seniors are completely blind).

If those of us with a normal physical condition think that daily household tasks are already a hassle, imagine how difficult it is for those with disabilities to do them.

They are truly extraordinary😊

Should We All Be The Same?🙄🙄🙄

The brain is an important organ in the human body.
It is true that the shape of the human brain is always the same, but does the same shape require us all to be the same in terms of how we think?

Instead of being normal guys whose bodymind fits the typical or standard social norms, we, neurodivergents have bodyminds that function differently from socially expected norm.

Te oppressions of neurodivergent identities happen in anywhere. Although people think being different or being dissabled is a problem, we can choose to be more positive to think about our neurological identity, right?

The issue is not neurology itself; the main problem is lack of accesibility due to ignorance.😔

'I AM'

Our value is determined by ourselves, not from both other people's approval and validation

We are who we are, not what other people say.

Our life is very simple. The complexity of our lives is precisely because we try to be what other people want us to be. Our freedom is not determined by the sentence of "I want to be", but the sentence of "I am"😊

The more we are ourselves, the more we 'shine'.

Our authenticity is what makes us happier.

Right, folks!?!?!? 😀😀😀

Mr.Yan is in the library😀 😀 😀

Hello friends.😀

I want to tell you about someone special where I serve.

I have a friend. He is a senior teacher who also serves at my place. His name is Mr. Yan. He is a senior English teacher at a special school for children with disabilities. He is 70 years old and has worked there for 40 years. Even though he is completely blind, his enthusiasm for work and service exceeds that of normal people. I really like him.

I once asked him if he ever regretted being born blind. He answered that he was always grateful for whatever happened to him, that everything had a good purpose. I like his enthusiasm for life. His love for teaching was inspired by the stories of the people around him who spoke fluent English when he was young.

I'm dyslexic. I understand how difficult it is to read even though I was not born blind. This makes me grateful that at least I can still 'see' reading that is difficult for me to read. I am a dyslexic who is still very lucky.

Mr.Yan is amazing, right!!?!?!?😍😍😍

What Is Disability?

What is disability? 😐😐😐

Is the definition only for people with physical limitations?

Isn't our life not only dependent on the physical aspect?

If your body is limited by a condition but does not prevent you from being "useful" to others, that is not a disability, friends.  It's a gift....And not everyone gets that privilege.😀😀😀

Because, the greatest disability is in the mind, not in the body.

Remember guys, we are all perfect beings embodying the power to both empower and enlighten our fellows.😊😊😊

Important People Behind The Scenes 😇

Hello friends.😄

I want to tell you about the people who serve behind the scenes of our ministry at Victoria's disabled home.

They are Mrs. Leni and Mrs. Yanti.  They are both normal people who serve the needs of disabled children under five. They are both simple and humble people, and most importantly they are people who have hearts full of love.  I really respect them. They are both considered biological mothers for children under five, especially those with multiple disabilities.

Just teaching normal small children to do daily chores is already a hassle.  You can imagine teaching these skills to small children with disabilities, really need a lot of courage and patience for these two mothers.

These are not ordinary people. They are women sent by God.😇

They are amazing people, aren’t they?😄😊
